    Depending on your location or if it's a Federal Holiday, the shipping takes 5-7 business days. If you have not received your order after the 7 business days, please contact our customer care
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Oh No we hate that you will want to cancel! However we understand things come up, you can cancel your order at any time within a 2-day period and return your items with a 7-day period for a full refund
  • I'm having trouble with my payment
    please call us or email us immediately with your name and order number
  • Can I add on an item to an order I have already placed?
    Absolutely! Just give our customer care a call with your previous order number and we add on the new item without you having to paying a separate shipping fee
